I purchased pumps online that were a little bit too big. These heel pads work perfectly to make up the difference so my heel does not slip out. The ball of the foot pad seems to make standing in them more comfortable. I have not worn them yet for a long period of time so that is to be determined. So far so good.

I bought these not just for some extra cushion when wearing heels but to help fill shoes that were too big, and let me tell you they worked! I had a cute pair of pumps that was half a size too big and after adding on the heel cushion to them, i was able to wear them comfortably without my feet slipping out of them! They are super thick and stick very well without sliding around on the shoe!

I purchased this with overnight delivery and let me tell you that this made a whole difference in my 4 inch heels that I wore to church. I was very comfortable with these and they stayed in place. I only had to put the insert in one shoe which is from an injury. I will be ordering more for my other heels!!!

I’ve always had a problem with shoes because I was born with my left foot being smaller than my right foot. So I have used these pads since I was a young girl. I found that these particular shoe pads are very effective in getting your shoe to fit properly. And they are very comfortable. I bought a set for my mother and she likes them as well. I would recommend these.

The media could not be loaded. Maybe it’s because the gel is so firm and also that there isn’t enough innovation in the design of them- they still felt like I was walking on hardwood floors. I can think of a number of things they could have done to design these better. They helped zero percent in both of the heels I intended so that was disappointing. It also pushed my foot more toward the top of the heel and then my toes were being cut and pinched by the top fabrics. That is not the fault of the insert but that is something to consider when you are deciding to buy an insert. What I will say is that I did really like how easy it was to apply and reposition. But for me, helped zero percent with the balls of my feet. I may as well have put a hardwood floor insert in there lol! So I don’t think these are best for heels, but I DO think these can be comfortable in regular boots, or sneakers.

These brought me extra comfort for my brand new heels, especially knowing I would be in them all day. The slip pad for the bottom was great and didn’t peel up any. I highly recommend!

I bought these inserts for a pair of pumps that kept slipping off the back of my heel, and they successfully remedied the issue. Using both inserts at once adds about half a shoe size, which is exactly what I needed. The balls of my feet are a bit uncomfortable while wearing these, so I wouldn’t say they add any cushioning, but that isn’t why I bought them so it doesn’t affect my rating. I walked around in my heels with these inserts for about an hour while taking graduation photos, and the inserts didn’t slip at all. They definitely seem to adhere well to the shoe and are great quality.

I like the neutral color and the way it blended in with my white heels. I chose this product because because I was looking for some support for my flat feet. I also have issues with numbness in my feet due to diabetic issues. These insoles cushion my feet and provide me with the softness I need without being bulky. They come with two different sizes so they allow me to put the cushions exactly where I want them in my shoe. This is my second purchase for this particular brand so far. They also come in black. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because I wasn't exactly sure how the smaller set was to be placed in the shoe but I managed to put it in a place where it was supporting my foot. I can't show you a picture right now because the camera on my phone isn't working. I really like this product a lot.
