This my third order of Glycine from this brand, it does exactly what glycine is supposed to do. This Glycine plus Glutamine helps does the body good, and is in my daily routine for a better mood and better sleep, not falling asleep but better quality of sleep. The Best Naturals brand works as well as any of the high priced brands. There is one chemical makeup of glycine for it to be legally called glycine. So glycine is glycine. I refuse to pay outrageous prices. So Best Naturals is the solution to that.However the pics show how it arrived this time. This package was delivered by USPS, and put in my mailbox, not delivered by Amazon. This is not a fault of the product, or a reflection on Best Naturals.This containers looks like it was hammered by something. Either it was sent this way or something very forceful happened to it during transit. Dropping it wouldn't do this kind of damage, the container is sturdy. The outside of the packaging it came in did not have any holes or scuff marks. I'm at a loss as to how they managed to crack the lid on this container in the way it is broken.I took pictures and contacted Amazon, they have issued a refund because it is a non returnable item, supplements and food are generally not returnable due to health concerns. I have received in all my years with Amazon very few items that are in this shape. Once I received a mailing envelope that was open with nothing in it, and this cracked container. I have had glass bottles shipped without them being broken! So generally speaking I have had great deliveries from Amazon. This one though mystifies me.

Works couple days. I use 2 hours before bedtime. Was good for sleep. But now doesn’t works anymore

Great neurotransmitter, I take morning and at bedtime. Slows down the hyperactivity in my brain thoughts. If I wake up in the middle of the night I’ll take another dose. It’s also great for liver detox, from glascophosphate( round up)
