Love the toy honestly, my 9 month boy has the biggest smile when it plays. The elephant design is very child friendly, and clearly a perfect toy for development, the soft chew loop is safe for them to chew on and relieve teething whilst exploring textures.Unfortunately it makes me very upset it is a throw away design as getting into the toy to replace the battery is non existent and a huge let down that the company does not keep the environment and continuity for a child to enjoy the toy as they go further and develop.It has made my child very upset that it no longer plays music when he pulls the cord and I am very frustrated at the company for letting down it's customers, I will not be buying anymore of their products for such a huge let down for such an obvious and simple thought. I don't give it a bright star, but a single dull fallen one.
