A set of blood tests indicated that I had a borderline vitamin D deficiency. I started taking these years ago and they seem to make slightly more likely to feel energetic or maybe take the edge off of some slumps. Maybe it's not night-and-day, but I'm glad I addressed it; I don't want to experience long-term knock-on effects from poor nutrition.I am a vegetarian and I care about where my stuff is sourced from. This world has enough cruelty already without humans adding their share. So I was very pleased to learn about these. This product is Doing It Right.

These are easy to swallow and caused no stomach issues.

I like that it’s a small capsule that is easy to swallow. I haven’t had blood work yet, so I have to wait to see if it brings up my D3 levels.

It is hard to give an opinion because this is the first round of Vitamin D I have ever taken. My internist said I had a deficiency in D after reading my blood work. I’ve taken 90 capsules and ordered a second bottle. Hope my blood is enhanced but only a blood test will tell.

The size of the pill & the dosage is what we need based on lab results. We live in the North & especially during the winter months , don't get enough sun for natural absorption of Vit D

I have had serious intestinal difficulties with vitamin D products through a different provider. I am pleased that this product, Vital Nutrients Vitamin D3, doesn't make me sick. I think 2000IU is perfect. The bottle is smaller than I expected but so are the capsules, which are super easy to swallow.
