Good ac but bad instalation service.
Wow that's the first thing comes in my mind.The product own its own is very good looking,sleek,and with no sound on it.cooling so far is good but real test will be in the extreme delhi summer.it does not come with outdoor unit stand which is a low point but 1 can live with as I ordered it separately which coasted me 500. But when it comes to installing it the installation guys were real goons. They try to charge me 300 just to install outdoor u it stand and there reason was as it was not purchased from the. Which could have coasted me 800. Also they charged me for copper pipe 290 per ft which costed me another 1130 for 4 ft. But if you purchase it by your own it could have coasted me half of it. And off course 1400 for instalation charges. So I total I ended up paying 3000 for new ac installation. 1 more thing if you get the installation done from outside it will void the warranty of your AC which is sad

Never ever buy Samsung AC Please
I bought a Samsung AC 2 ton 2 months back. I faced a couple of issues -1. The installation experience is pretty worse. The installation was not done right. They even forgot to remove the cardboard on the outdoor unit which restricts cooling.2. The air conditioner cooling isn't effective. It is almost like a 1 ton AC performance.3. I started getting an error called C4 (God knows what it is) and it has been more than 45 days, I am trying to establish contact to get a service representative. I am still in warranty but there is no service agent attached to this problem.I recommend you guys check Daikin, Hitachi or any other company but not Samsung, please. DONT SUFFER purchasing this. I have two other Daikin air conditioners at home and they work so good. I would recommend Daikin anytime.Given a chance I will throw this away and get a 2.2 Daikin AC. I had cash crunch back them and I made this mistake purchasing Samsung AC.

Best AC for bigger space
My room is bigger than 250 sqft. In 5-10 min temperature down by 4-5 degree, i didn't feel any noise form AC, samsung service is really good till the date I got.

Overall ac is good for cooling, installation is slow, This is not a hot and cool AC. Only cool option is there. AC remote do not have light, so it is too much difficult to operate is at night. remote will give 1 Rating. 1 week use.
