I don't understand why previous reviewers have said they're too small. I wear a 42B bras and they fit beautifully giving me a very natural, feminine appearance. I do quite a lot of swimming so have reasonably well developed natural chest muscle. I guess if you're completely flat chested you might want to go for a larger size. They have a nice weight and feel... and I've had some nice comments from friends, both male and female about their natural appearance.If this is your first time purchase it may help to know that the elongated shape is the true structure of a breast muscle and so fits more horizontally in your bras (pointing towards your arm pit), i.e. not completely vertically as shown in the photo. Put on your bras, slide the form into the cup with the "tab" pointing towards your arm pit, then using your finger inside the cup and under the form, pull your natural chest muscle up slightly towards your chin, the form will settle lower in the bras and you will have a natural looking cleavage. If your going to wear them to the beach or pool, choose a fuller cup bikini - but I wouldn't swim with them as they may fall out and float away. Have fun.

There is some real garbage written about size on other reviews. These are a perfect size B and very snug. Very good value and feel quite natural. I love them!

The look and feel of these silicone breasts is very nice especially when compared to others costing in excess of £100 but please be warned their sizing is very small as numerous other reviewers have stated. The seller does not provide any method to estimate the correct size that you actually need so you have to rely entirely on their description of the breast cup size. I had to pay postage of £4.99 and a further £4.30 to return them first class using Royal Mail as the seller return policy states that they will only pay for return postage if the reason for return is their fault. If the seller claims that the breasts are a "B" cup and you order a set expecting a "B" cup but get something that struggles to fill an "A" cup bra who's fault is it, mine or the supplier? I say it's the seller who has in effect mis sold the goods as they were not as described and they failed to provide any means by which the customer can estimate the correct size required. I have written to the seller twice to ask for a refund on my return postage but they have simply ignored my requests. If you want a pair of silicone breasts and are not bothered about what size you actually get then order a set now as they are good for the money, however if you require a specific cup size and want something that will actually fill your bra then my advice is to buy somewhere else that provides a proper size guide.

I love my new boobs, they are so realistic. They feel soft, just like the real thing, AND they wobble just like real breasts. Only one slight critisizm - they are just a fraction too heavy, and need a really strong bra to keep them in place. I've opted for the seemless smoothing bra, and gone for one size smaller, just to keep the bossoms in place. Also I wear a thin, tight top which show the boobs' shape off magnificently, with a generous glimpse of the nipples. They are great. Excellent value for money.

Well made but I feel that even though I ordered b cup they seem to me to be around a c cup and I thought they would come with adhesive strips that you could stick the silicone breasts to your skin,delivery was spot on

I was not initially impressed, they are not adhesive, the "B" cup I went for is fairly big, you need a lace bra, I now really like it.
