OMG Brilliant!!!
I have bought a few of these items now which are as follows:Ankle SupportKnee SupportX2 Elbow supports.I bounce on a rebounder (bit like tena lites advert but actually called boogie bounce) four times a week now and in my quest to get fitter, I have had a few injuries along the way. I'm determined this time not to stop, starting at dress size 20/22 and currently size 18.I do not have arthritis but I do have old injuries that have started to flare up now that I'm trying to get a fitter me. It was alway s suspected in the past when having knee injuries as a child that I had arthritis but no blood tests have ever proved it. So I was looking for supports that had compression but without the horrible bulk that pinches the skin and makes matters feel worse. What appealed to me about this brand was that it's actually produced by doctors rather than some general sports manufacturer. I read all the reviews and have to say I was sceptical with regards to the copper thread and just assumed it was a gimmick. My latest injury is infact a new injury to my radial nerve in my elbow and as a result I bought a tighter black support for exercise and a looser pink one for general day to day use. These compression sleeves are AMAZING!! When it arrives you think at first it just will not work as it's the thinest sleeve of lycra ever but omg when you put it on it is just simple relief. Hard to explain but the copper gives almost a soothing cool effect. Almost like dipping your injury in cool water but without it being wet or freezing. It worked so well on my knee and ankle issue that I no longer need the supports but have them just in case. At the moment it's working it's magic on my arm but with all nerve damage, it can take months to heal unlike muscle pain.I have also told all my boogie bounce friends to get the supports too especially as one lady suffers really badly with the condition.

Not very supportive
I was after something more supportive and I found these supports to be quite thin and not supportive at all. Very prompt delivery though. Thank you.

Purchased to help post-operative discomfort
I purchased this for my Mum who had an operation to reposition her ulnar nerve. Long-story-short, she was still left with numbness combined with pain/pins and needles and cramping in her hand. She also couldn't put her elbow down on any surface and so found it quite uncomfortable even just sitting on the sofa. After reading about compression, I decided to buy this for her to try. I have left it a week before writing this review in order to help anyone else with a similar condition wondering whether to purchase this or not- obviously everybody is different but in the case of my Mum's condition- it has helped improve symptoms by 60/70% and seems to improve everyday. She does not wear it all of the time, and doesn't wear it overnight but she built up slowly-i.e. one hour wearing it and one hour off to get used to it. It's not an uncomfortable item to wear at all if you don't have anything wrong with your arm/elbow, but someone who has nerve problems will understand the sensations/discomfort!Very good quality, have already washed it and it came out perfectly. Would recommend.

No Support
I purchased the elbow support on the basis that it was for 'women' and ordered a medium according to the size guide. I have slightly pulled a tendon in my elbow and needed the support for when I play golf to keep my arm straight to stop it going left to counteract the discomfort. The sleeve is very silky and soft, well made. It fitted well at the top and bottom BUT it gave no support/compression whatsoever around the elbow area. The product arrived quickly with a handbook which is useful for the recommended exercises. Unfortunately I had to return the item. I am now considering a strap support.

Compression sleeve for arm
This sleeve is different from other supports as it is a fine material almost like lycra, with an elastic top to it, which means it will wash and dry easily. However, it is extremely comfortable and can be worn for long periods. My upper arms are 15" in diameter so ordered XXL, I'm glad I did as I think XL would have been too tight. It fits from above the elbow to my wrist, as my arms are not particularly long, but it can be turned over at the wrist without it being uncomfortable. It feels very supportive and is helping my elbow which is suffering because I have been on crutches for over 12 months.

Coolest looking elbow compression I've seen
First of have to say they look really cool so at the gym they go with my skins when I'm not working out I wear them as under armor, but to note the company was kind enough to exchange my sizes down. If you want it tight for more compression always go with 1 size down to what your measurements are on their grid. They slide down my arm slightly because even though Its my correct size they don't have much compression, however this can be fixed by getting 1 size down to what your supposed to have. They expand quite well and look really cool plus have a warm effect to them when you wear it a while. While they aren't the best for pro weight lifters They excell in everything else like Tennis, Golf, Normal gym stuff to gymnastics, pushups, light to medium weights upto 100kg, burpee's , full body workouts. I'd say they are great overall can't fault them except the sizes per person. We each have different methods to use things like this. They are thin based compression, that seem to be durable as long as you hand wash them.Go with your size in the chart if you want to wear them all day without exercise or sport.Go with one size down to your size if you want to train with them for stronger compression. That's how I see it for my experience.
