Pkg found open and LED BATTEN PRESSED At one end
Package cover open from both side and fixing clamp and Screws missing LED BATTEN got pressed at one end but working

Light is very bright
I receive box big for single light and I have not received any clamp to fix it on wall so please provide clamp, otherwise all are ok, light is nice and good light, it veru enough for 13 x 13 feet room

Defective and damaged product
The product received is defective, it lights up half. The delivery guy was not careful with the delivery and was using the tubelight box as a walking stick. He did not care for the product. Worst the shipping box is folded in half breaking the tubelight inside. Lesson learned do not buy electrical fragile items over online delivery mode.

Very bad product quality.
The seller is a fraud one, the first product received was bend at one place and it was glowing half. Requested for a replacement, the replacement product (picture above) is also bent at two places and not glowing at all.Amazon customer care is also not responding and unwilling to help. A complete waste of money.Do not buy electronic items from this seller.

Less brighter than 20W old syska tube.
I bought this to replace my old 20W syska tube, but this 25W tube is less brighter than that. Don't know if it's a defective goods.
