I have the one in the picture but the cartridge holding the bits that is in end cap, keeps falling out of the end cap. Is that normal?

Hmm, not really? I'd take the hex "bits" out, then super glue the end cap to the "bit" cartridge, leave 24hrs and reassemble. I've had no bother with mine and very happy with the product, got it as a cycling tool due to it's small size, works a treat!

How long is this screwdriver

Hi, Approx 9.7cm with a standard bit in it. Approx 8.5 cm minus a standard bit. I absolutely love mine. Chunky handle allows me to get good torque on screws. Hope this info helps.
