NO REALLY, WILL BE STRUGGLE ... IF YOU HAVE CABLES AROUND IN AND OUT, IN ORDER TO FIT 14" YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE OUT YOUR CONNECTION AND PLUGIN CABLES .

Yes! That shelf is short and doesn’t require any rear rack rails; which is a good thing because this rack doesn’t have any.
