Works great for our fry
We have cichlid fry. These were perfect for them. Bigger then expected and sturdier the. The one we bought at the local pet store. Thank you for saving our little ones. Growing happy and healthy!

Great for Separating/Rehabilitating Fish
We ordered two of the larger size for the purpose of separating fish that get picked on or injured. It is infinitely better than putting them in a floating cup or other hard-sided closed container. The waterflow allows the fish to have a full tank experience, with heated water and oxygen from the tank air stone. It goes together very easily and is pretty intuitive in design. The only complaint, and it is worth noting, is each box comes with only two (2) suction cups despite having six (6) suction cup tabs. You really need 4 cups for it to be stable (depending on the flow of your tank from the filter or air stone). All in all, this was a great investment that helps my fish rehab in peace with quality of life without setting up a hospital tank. Yes, there are times you will need a hospital tank, particularly if you need to medicate. But if your fish just needs some time away from a bully, or if a bully needs to be separated until other arrangements can be made, this is a great little product. Throw some floating plants in the top and some lightweight decor or betta log and it's a mini paradise.

They work while they last
They work , but the ding is cheap and will fall apart after several cleanings.

Not good for snail babies
If you have snail babies like me, listen up: this is a plastic frame with a net pouch to cover it. There's no lid and I knew that, I was going to make a cover. Putting it together was easy. But after looking at it carefully, I have a few issues: 1) the base of the frame is not flat, there are plastic bumps which have to be sanded down. 2) because it's a cover around the frame, I can already see my snail babies crawling around the poles and under the base (inside of the mesh). So now I'm thinking the mesh needs to be glued to the frame. 3) I wish the bottom frame had a solid base. It's open like the top frame.Maybe it's a great box for other sea creatures but as for bottom creatures, not so much. I'm still on the hunt for a good breeder box for my snail babies.

Do not hold baby fish
Used these as soon as I got them in. They held the babies for a little bit, but after about 30 minutes, came back to it and the babies were gone. There were no holes in the netting, but this did not hold them in. They all got out and got eaten by my other fish. Not worth the money for me.

Excellent
No baby goes through. Very thin. Just what I was looking for. Holds my baby axolotl, endlers, guppies and plecos. Better for rimless tanks or you can lower the water column otherwise. Buying more. Gave one to a friend as well.
