Works Great
Having some experience in this approach to oil stain management, this worked the best over others I've tried. I also wasn't surprised at the size of the jar when it came, as I imagine some might be. Don't let it discourage you; a very little goes a long way. Just slightly tip the jar and sprinkle a little bit over the top of the stain, and spread with a broom. It may seem like an insufficient amount was applied and you may even see oil saturating the powder, but just wait. In a day or two you'll see a dramatic difference. The bacteria eat the oil, emit a non-toxic fart and die. You may find it interesting the microbes were discovered at the bottom of the Mariana trench, the deepest part of the ocean. In Texas where it's often humid, no water misting was necessary as per the instructions. I don't know why people often think Texas is dry and arid, after all we do have an ocean on our border. The moister in the air activated the microbes. Yes, it's probably overpriced due to its awesomeness but still a great method of handling oil and petroleum stains, which in my book makes it worth the cost.

Was a complete miracle product for my concrete stain
I was extremely skeptical and was pretty sure this product was not going to work. I had tried phosphoric acid containing products, bleach, Clorox toilet bowl cleaner, boiling hot water, manually scrubbing. I was pretty dejected that I could not remove this oil stain. I randomly purchased this product after almost giving up on the situation. My stain was not an area where it would be conceivable to pressure wash and not sure it would even touch this stain. It was months old and I saw reviews from folks who were saying this product didn’t work for them so I guess it really depends on your situation. I’m honestly petty shocked at how will this worked for me, especially given how nothing else worked. I’m not sure if it’s just the layer of dry material or if I’m believing my eyes but at first glance at least cosmetically this stuff was magic in a bottle. This solved a situation I thought was doomed so for me it was worth every penny and saved the day .

Enough to treat 15 square feet twice
I purchased ACT to treat a stained area of my basement cement floor. When the product arrived, I was surprised by the size of the container. It was much smaller than I had expected. Unlike the large container shown in the stock video, my container was only 3 inches tall. Despite my initial concerns, the contents were sufficient to treat my stained area, which measured 5 feet long by 3 feet wide, in two separate 3-week applications. First, I sprinkled the powder over the stained 5-by-3-foot area. Then, I activated it by lightly misting it with water using a spray bottle. The instructions didn’t specify only one mist to activate the microbes, but I decided to spray the floor with water every day. I noticed that the powder dried out very quickly after each misting, and I thought misting it every day might help the microbes stay active and work more effectively. I continued this daily misting routine for three weeks. At the end of the first three-week period, I removed the powder and washed the floor with water. The stain had improved somewhat, but I wasn’t fully satisfied with the results. I decided to repeat the process. I applied a fresh layer of the powder to the same 5-by-3-foot area, activated it with water, and resumed misting it daily for another three weeks. After this second round, I removed the powder and washed the floor again. The results show a significant improvement in the appearance of the cement floor. While it’s not perfectly restored to its original state, the stain is much less noticeable compared to the before. In summary, despite the surprisingly small 3-inch container, the product proved sufficient for two 3-week treatments of my 15-square-foot stained basement floor. My daily misting routine, though not part of the official instructions, may have contributed to the positiv outcome. The floor now looks much better, even if it’s not flawless. Expensive, but does work
I bought this as we are renovating a half bath . I used after taking up 40+ year old tiles , toilet and vanity sink. It did work removing odors and stains. It did not clean the concrete to perfect condition, but I felt it did make a great difference. I was able to paint walls while it was on the floor doing it's job. I would buy again to remove odors on "biohazard" stains. For me- it's too expensive to use for just cleaning concrete.

Does not work!! Use something else. Pics are after 2 containers!!!
This product did not work. Used as directed and wasted my $$..TWICE. Went through 2 full containers!! Literally no difference. Easy to apply, but did nothing…other than temporarily cover in a gray dust, then in a day or 2 it was right back. Let’s see if $$ back is true..i’ll update if they reach out to me.

Disappointed
I used the product to remove oil stains on my concrete garage floor and patio brick pavers. I also treated cat vomit on my concrete basement floor. I followed the directions spreading the product over the stains and misted with water from a spray bottle. Over the next month I occasionally wet the powder again with a spray bottle over the areas treated. This weekend I removed the product by brush and vacuum. The stains are slightly lighter and the area treated around the stains a little lighter. I saw no improvement on the brick pavers. I'll move on and continue looking for a product to remove automobile oil stains on concrete. I would have rated this product one star for the concept however, the product did slightly lighten the area treated and therefor earned two stars for the effort.
