My girlfriend scraped her knee and this helped heal the injury faster. The Lidocaine helped with numbing the burning sensation so that's a huge plus. Wish it was cheaper

Lidocaine (to stop the pain) is a wonderful addition to Neosporin. Works great for minor scrapes and cuts.
