Bought this as a replacement for my mac, due to spilling water on the mac. This was a quick and less expensive replacement. I love it, while I do miss the mac, this has some surprises that it didn't list such as touch screen.

It seemed like a great price on something that would be useful. But I guess that for this price, they can't be bothered to see if the item works. Complete waste of time.

I needed a laptop that could handle a little more than usual everyday tasks, this thing can handle much more than that. It came in nearly spotless, and the battery life is more than I expected, usually lasting me around 6 hours on a full charge. The backlight on the keyboard is the cherry on top for this laptop. Overall, this was a super good deal, blowing other current budget laptop competitors out of the water.

This laptop was perfect for what I needed. Price was silly low for the specs. 5 stars all around!

Es una lástima recibir este equipo con un cargador dañado. Al recibirlo no prendía, la laptop no hacía nada, luego decidí probar con otro cargador y efectivamente el cargador está dañado ☹️

I previously let a review saying that the laptop didn't worked, but I was wrong. You have to leave it plugged in for awhile before it will start to charge because to battery is completely dead. The laptop it self is very nice.

I got this laptop to replace my laptop I was re-gifting. I had that previous laptop for 4 years and only had one issue with the battery. It made me want to purchase a HP again as it is a dependable brand and after 4 years the laptop was still useful. This used one has worked so well. Great battery. Fast. Capable. No issues so far. It had some nicks and so but that was expected, it is used. Capable to update to Windows 11 which was necessary. It has a backlit keyboard which I knew I wanted. It ticked all my boxes except the storage I wanted more storage. However, great price and great quality.

The laptop 💻 battery 🔋 is defective. Less than 10 minutes battery is dead. I wish to return the laptop please. I can replace it with another one.
