I’m really upset I can’t rate this item based on its quality since it arrived to me broken and spilled.

The fact this product is natural, very simple and quick to use, makes it perfect for family use. The fact you can spray a dummy and give it straight to the baby is great! There’s no nasty chemicals or waiting for it to dry first. Great product and great that it’s salt free too! Beware, some other brands contain salt which is unnecessary especially for babies! Highly recommend this product!

We bought this ahead of a holiday to Egypt with a 6 month old. Have never seen it before but saw a recommendation and gave it a go. This is a great product. Spray on and allow to dry (which is almost instant). There is no strong scent and no taste as there would be with a regular alcohol based antibacterial, and so we were comfortable with our little one touching surfaces, high chairs, etc after a quick spray of this.

I've now been using this UV steriliser twice a day for 5 months. It's a great improvement over older steam tech. The device itself is fully silvered on all surfaces inside, which means it's likely more effective than some of the competing devices that only have silver panels on top and bottom. That said, you should avoid overpacking it and make sure that all surfaces are well exposed to the UVC. Some bad reviews have questioned the suitability of this device and UV in general, and while it's true that UV degrades polypropylene (most common bottles are made from this thermoplastic), the worst effect is that you may need to replace the bottles sooner. Silicone, the common teat material, is highly resistant to UV. My bottles are still all fine after 5 months, so I'd say I'm more than happy with any potential trade-off of longevity vs convenience. The dry/sterilise program is fabulous. Wash the bottles, bung them in the device, hit the A button and come back in 30 minutes to dry and sterile bottles. Having a UV-only 7 minute cycle is also super useful if you quickly need to sterilise something that's dry already. I never really use the dry-only cycle. My only gripe would be that the bottom surface of the device is difficult to clean and restore the shine. Seems to tarnish easily. Otherwise, I'd opt to buy this product even with hindsight, so it's a thumbs up.
