This was my first choice for the teeth fix recipe and it worked first try real well. 2 tablespoons Arm and Hammer Baking Soda, 2 teaspoons of this, 16 ounces water. Just vigorously swish through your teeth in and out up to 5 minutes. Worked so well I buy it for other people. My teeth were sensitive from a lot of heavy and frequent coffee damage. Obviously, you also quit the coffee also for best results.

Using this product to make a mouthwash that I pull. I have been having great results and my teeth feel great! I have a dentist appointment soon so I will see.

Great product, but be careful if using this to make a mouthwash. Has a very high pH, can be caustic and burn/damage gum tissue if the solution pH you are making is not adjusted.

very unsatisfied with this purchase, the package is totally different from description and only left me 5 mth from expiry. wanted to return the item initially but my son needs it urgently, so no choice have to keep it.
