Purchased the unit 6 months ago and have been running it 24/7 through summer and the humid months in my basement. The cost was on par, if not cheaper than some of the comparable models. The Waykar 150 Pints 7,000 Sq Ft dehumidifier with pump does a wonderful job of not only lowering the humidity, but doing it quickly, and keeping it at low levels. Both the pump as well as the unit itself are very quiet while running. After running into an issue with the unit recently, the customer support was quick to respond and diagnose the issue and make sure I am satisfied. I would highly recommend this dehumidifier for anyone needing one.
