Well designed
Over a year now and I have no negative things to say about this trailer. I live in an area where a one-wheel trailer is the only SAFE option. Perfect for my 30-mile round-trip to the beach. Loaded up with my chair and backpacks, 50-ish pounds gross weight, I hardly know it's there because the center of gravity is so low. Assembly was easy. Transporting and storage are also very easy. I carry it up the stairs and keep it in a closet.

Love it
Update: I made it into a solar trailerThis trailer feels like it will last a long time. Time will tell. Had it for almost 1 year now.PROsBuilt strong.Lots of room for camping gear.Connects/disconnects to/from the bike fastFeels best over 15 mph unlike what they recommend. Then again I'm a e-biker and under 15 feels slow.Best on earth that I know of.Great with weight I have 3 ebike batteries and all my camping gear in it.CONsPrice. This is the highest cost trailer I could find.Noise. The back wheel cover pins make too much noise. So I used Verco to secure them.Main handle is made of a lot of plastic

Well built well designed.
Will try to clear some things up about this trailer.Have used this for a week trip on two track gravel path and some pavement last fall- it worked out very well.Hauled about 40lbs of camping gear-warm clothing-food- plus the added weight of firewood. As far as handling--I find that it is best to load it with the weight close to the trailer tire (the exact opposite of what I originally thought)-however-your experience may vary.Feels fine at speeds in the 15-20 MPH range (had it over 20 with no problem)-again your experience may vary-so USE CAUTION.Towed this behind a Trek Fuel (trail bike) and also a Trek Domane (road bike) and had no trouble getting a thru-axle for each.If you are looking for a heavy duty and narrow trailer that will haul a lot of stuff-this is a great choice.

Strong and durable
I recently purchased this cart and used it to bicycle from Michigan to the Appalachian mountains .I have to say that the connecting axle was not available and on back order . Something Noone said before the purchase was made . This was sad . However I created my own connect plates and purchased the screw on Burley Balls ,And this worked very well. This cart was very maneuverable , Held over its recommended weight ( not recommended of course. ) And when called on to go down steap mountains I achieved speeds passed 30 mph . ( not recommended of course. )And the cart performed like a champ ! Loose gravel, Black Top , weeds , the cart took it all and asked for more.I recommend balancing the weight in the cart a few different ways for practice before using on your actual trip . This will yield the best results. Over all great cart , solid , And well built . Will recommend to anyone asking.

Great, but some sus manufacturing...
Gonna use this trailer for everything as I am low-car-ing as much as I can these days: groceries, supplies, tools, winter utility use, a bit of off-road in the spring, etc. As advertised, this is ruggedly designed and super-functional and rides very, very well. Used properly, it feels and is very safe and almost unnoticeable behind the bike.BUT: if you have fantasies about piling this trailer high, dispel them. Keep the weight mostly in the basket, or the trailer will want to tip at low speeds and, thanks to the rugged attachment to your bike, it similarly wants to tip the bike. Load can be piled onto the flat upper profile (clever!) but make sure that that part of your load is light to very-light.The obvious effort made to design such an excellent trailer makes it disappointing to have little manufacturing failures drag the overall experience of ownership down and the costs slightly up. Mostly, this is seen in the threaded "bosses" that are under the plentiful machine screws (located all over for bottle-cage mounts, for panniers, etc) in that they are made from what appear to be just thin-sheet threaded rivets. Which *might* be OK for most things, but the machine screws that are pre-installed are wound in so tight (or painted in? or thread-locked?) and the thread inserts are installed so loosely, that just adding some basic hardware to the trailer means possibly stripping out the inserts when you try to take the screws out for the first time, and that means finding new ones (metric), drilling out the old, and getting a special tool to install them. Not great for a brand new item. This may not happen to you, but 40-60% were problematic and/or needed to be replaced.I'm also surprised that the cleverly designed handle (with the release trigger) is all wobbly and feels like it's going to come off in my hand. Apparently, it's supposed to be like that (I suppose for ease of assembly?) but every time I handle the thing, I am disappointed at the fit and finish because that rattling in my hand - of a handle, whose sole job is to be handled - is impossible to ignore. All it takes (I discovered) is to completely dismantle the handle, remove the retaining pins, shim them with zip-strip off-cuts and electrical tape, jam some random chunks of silicone rubber into the cavities around the pins and re-assemble.The overall design is so good and it's so functional and so beefy almost everywhere, that I might still have bought this had I known about these shoddy details, but I probably just would have waited until I could find it used or deep-discounted rather than buy new, because for what these cost, you'd think the quality would be top-shelf. I may update this review once I've gotten everything worked out...

Warning: Not functional. Does not ship with all necessary parts.
Burley does not ship this product with all the parts necessary to use it. Out of what I assume is cost cutting measures, they do not ship this product with the axle attachments. Any decent company would include these items with the product to fit several different bikes. I was astonished they were so greedy as to make it a separate purchase and not inform the customer. Got the trailer and now it's just sitting unused until I can find the necessary spare parts to fix it myself. It's a shame this company chose to be so cheap. Does not bode well for the product.

It's a nice trailer
It's a nice trailer to pull, everything you would expect from Burley. The current problem now is that they no longer supply QR Skewers with the Ballz on the end, so the trailer is kind of useless now. They had a recall for some reason but I can not understand why they continue to sell them if they were not going to supply the attachments.

Love it
The cart works well but added some panels myself to keep things clean inside. Now it's my little tear drop trailer 😆Year later: this thing is a champ, no issues yet
