Super soft fabric.Only negative is the cover does not remove for washing but is soo great in other respects I’ll put up with that and just ensure to only heat it on a very clean microwave and only wear over clean clothes.

Works great, the fact that it is sewn into horizontal rows stops the contents from all dropping to the bottom, but best of all it provides relief from back pain.
