I have been using Zenement Premium Gut Probiotics and Prebiotics for several years, and I take one every night as I go to bed. Now, with this sort of thing, you can never be 100% sure what the benefits of taking them are. I did as much research as possible before deciding which probiotics to buy, and taking everything into account, I am very happy with my choice. I am 76 years old, and I am aware that, at my age, my immune system might need some help. So far, I have been fortunate with my health, as I am not on any medication of any kind, whether that is down to my lifestyle or even my diet. I am not in a position to say, but in my last Bupa examination, they thought I was healthy for my age. I hope this helps you decide about probiotics, as I can only say that it works for me.

I'm not kidding only been on this for a few days and already sleeping better. I've been having meal replacement shakes and I read that a regular diet of these can spoil your gut biome and actually increase the risk of bowel cancer, so £25 for 120 pills was a no brainer. My poop was smelling like I'd burnt a television. Now it's already back to normal, I used to leave the bathroom saying "My God." now my head is held high! Recommended.

I was taking vitamin products with added prebiotics but never really noticed any changes. Then i read an article that the stomach acid kills most bacteria before they reach the gut, so it made sense when i saw this product having a gastro resistant capsule. Me and my daughter split the first bottle and we both noticed some difference. Her feminine flora has improved and having less digestive problems. My IBS (yeah it runs in the family) more under control, i am actually having “normal” periods and less pain. Of course i cant claim it is all because of this product, but this was the newest addition to some herbal products, i have been taking sometime when my overall wellbeing took a noticeable positive turn. The capsule is very pleasant tasting as well.

Reduced gas and bloating immediately and no upset gut. Seems to improve digestion.

Will probably take these for the rest of my life

i really like these proactiflora, they seem to calm my issues, bit pricey but gut runs smoothly when i take them

Je suis parti à l'étranger, j'avais prévu ce produit en cas de troubles intestinaux (tourista). Je l'utilise régulièrement aussi en cas de repas trop copieux. Parfait pour moi,. Seul bémol, à prendre la soir car peut donner des ballonnements.

Nach ein paar Tagen spürbare Verbesserung der Darmtätigkeit. Seit corona und post covid Probleme mit dem Stuhlgang. Dieser funktioniert wieder. Der in anderen Rezensionen beschriebene schlechte Geschmack kann nicht bestätigt werden.
