They work for stomach. complaints but the tablets dissolve in the sachet
I would certainly have given this product five stars as they worked immediately for my digestive problems. I had been feeling sick with stomach pain and these symptoms completely went away. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner. I ran out two days ago and my symptoms are coming back. My only complaint is that I had about 50 tablets left in the sachet but they turned to powder and were unusable. This product is currently unavailable and maybe that’s for the best. I’ve ordered an alternative brand and am hoping they do the trick.

Reasonably priced, arrived on time and well packaged. Can't say I've noticed any difference in my digestive health so not sure what they're actually doing.
