WARNING: Don't read if you are faint of heart! Full disclosure, I didn't realize this was made by a local company when I purchased these. It's made in the town right outside of my hometown! Super cool, but did not impact my review in anyway. Swallowing: They are small enough that swallowing is pretty easy. When I start a new probiotic, I tend to take 8-10 of them to jump start things, and then maintain things by taking 1 probiotic in AM and PM each day. Cost: The probiotic I used to take (50 billion CFU, but 23 strains) was good, but got pricey for the potency. I decided to try this brand on a whim as the price for the potency was unbeatable. Before 1st Dose: The last few weeks since I hadn't had a probiotic, I have had some issues with the restroom. Things were not moving particularly well, and it felt like it was "sticky". Somedays I wouldn't do anything at all. I also felt bloated and just overall blah. Performance after initial dose: I took 10 for a starter dose to blast my gut with probiotics. After that first dose, the difference was instantly recognizable. The following morning, I was able to fully empty out and it wasn't "sticky" like it wasn't wanting to evacuate. My bloating was almost 100% gone. I can definitely tell there was a beneficial/positive effect. I don't have long term performance to comment on, but I can say that in the short term, it immediately alleviated some of my most pressing issues. Will I buy this product again? Yes, because the value, and performance are clear. Also, I like to support local! I'll likely buy the 4 pack option to get even more value. Not sure why more probiotics don't offer bulk pricing. I get that there is a time limit on effectiveness of probiotics, but what if I want to get my family a 4 pack so we can all benefit? Would I recommend this product? Yes, I'll likely evangelize it as a great supplement, but it's not a cure. Don't replace regular medical care and doctor visits with probiotics. Probiotics are just another tool in your belt of overall wellness.

I purchased a pack of 3 over a year ago and these still last. In my opinion, two capsules are only needed maybe the first two weeks to a month or so to really front load the cfu's into your body. Otherwise in my experience, as long as one maintains a healthy lifestyle, 1 capsule a day or every other day is all that needed. I'd say the overwhelming majority of my life I had issues with bloating. With these capsules a part of my health regimen, prolonged bloating really isn't an issue. Even after the occasional hearty meal, some good sleep and a capsule or two the bloat is gone. Great buy!!!

I took 2 probiotic capsules the first day and wow it was extremely effective if you know what I mean. I'm very satisfied with this probiotic, I noticed when I ate grains or gluten I didn't get deathly ill like usual. I don't feel bloated or gassy and I'm regular now so I don't have to worry about having to run to the RR at unusual times or after eating. I have a lot of food sensitivities and that had been a troubling issue so I'm glad this probiotic has gotten me on track. This is an affordable probiotic supplement! It works great and has no flavor at all to adjust to any person's preference. It helps ease digestion issues. Hope this probiotic helps someone out there.

I'm on my second month and I can definitely say I've lost inches all over my body. I feel way better, more comfortable and less sluggish. I think the trick is to stick with it. usually I would never stay this dedicated to something if I wasn't seeing results right away. but since I did notice a change in my energy level pretty quickly, I kept with it and then really started to see the results by the 3rd week. I am on my second bottle. I did purchase 3 probiotics more near the end of the first bottle. Live them and will definitely be buying them again soon. These probiotic capsules taste better than some I've tried over the years. So convenient and reasonable too for my pockets. These probiotics works better than most!

It is not as effective as another brand.

I've only been using these probiotics for about 3 weeks, and I have seen a noticeable reduction in bloating and digestive discomfort. No unpleasant side effects that I've noticed. If you're struggling with gut health, these probiotic capsules are definitely worth trying. Saw such an improvement in my gut health within weeks. Regularity is no longer an issue. Will continue to take these probiotics! Works wonders when taken these probiotics every day. These probiotic supplements are more effective than way. These probiotics are the best one I have tried.
