My husband suffers from gout. He has had episodes so severe that he missed six weeks of work due to the intense pain and swelling. This definitely has some diuretics in it . I don’t recommend taking it at night . Has good solid Science backed ingredients.

LOVE this product. I felt better, (not healed) within 5 hours. I take 4 the 1st & 2nd day of onset of symptoms. Then 2 each day for the next 5 days. I also drink 1tsp baking soda & 1TSP of lemon juice in 8oz of water 3x's/day for those 5 days. I drink lemon water only during the 5 days. Incredible results when Rx from a physician didn't work.

We have used this for several years. My husband and all 5 of our daughters have suffered with kidney stones and after our youngest daughter suffered with getting rid of an 8 ml stone my husband got 2 stones and didn’t want to go through all the medical stuff. My sister in law told me about this medical kidney blend. She said to take it along with corn silk capsules 3 times a day. 2 capsules each time. After 4 or 5 days he was able to pass the stones. It’s a lifeline for our family!

Taking this product to help with kidney issues. I don't take it every day. It will definitely send you to the bathroom to pee a lot.Update 8/8/2022 - Product contains Kelp. Found it was overstimulating my thyroid and making me feel wired and I had to go off it. May help some, but I can't recommend it to anyone with thyroid issues and I've lowered the product rating a little due to that.
