They don't work

The guidance does say to have these on a full stomach, but I've always tried these stimulant laced fat burners while fasted, with plenty of water. I took 3 on an empty stomach and I can say for certain these are strong, you can feel the effects pretty quickly and they give a good boost. As part of a good diet these will help, but that is the key, just help not do all the work for you. Give them a go and dial in your diet/activity and I'm sure you see good results like I have.

Whilst you do get a boost, using this as part of your breakfast and then going onto a workout doesn't work as it really takes too long to become effective. I've found my gym session come substantially harder. Especially in cardio. Better bet is the shred x powder which has a very rapid effect.

Does nothing...no extra energy, no fat burn, literally a very expensive waste of money!
