I’ll be using these to cover my resin projects while they cure. They should do a great job keeping out hair, dust, and bugs. The order comes with four covers, and they’re very easy to use. You just pull the top tight and it stays open until you push the middle part down, then it folds closed again. They measure 17 inches wide as advertised. The lace trim is pretty, which is unnecessary for my purpose, but it will look nice if I decide to film them for my YouTube channel. I can definitely see why people would use these for family picnics or to cover food outdoors. They’re adorable, though I think they might blow away if it’s windy. The mesh is a slightly stiff, lace-like fabric with tiny holes, and the frame is made of thin metal bars with a plastic center mechanism. It’s simple but very well thought out, and overall super cute and useful. They can be reused indefinitely and just lifted onto and off of whatever they’re covering. Pretty simple!

figured these would be cheap throw aways but they are actually holding up. We had them all summer and put them away to use again next year. they work and are east to open and close. lightweight and we just store them in the outside cabinet. Turned out to be a great purchase, especially for the price.

Overall, I’m really happy with this product! It feels sturdy and well-made. The materials are solid, and it performs just as advertised - keeping those bugs away! My only minor complaint is that it doesn’t sit completely flat on the surface, which makes it wobble a little. Other than that, it’s been great to use and definitely worth the purchase.

Interesting to see at least dozen of brands on Amazon for “food tent”. From a price point , I am not convinced that this item should be any more that $1.99 a piece. Once upon a time, Cost Plus World Market used to sell those for $1.99 but not any longer. Yet you see some sellers charging twice of that. When I ordered, there was not a single review of this product. My point is that 7,518 reviews with average 4.3 etc are somewhat statistical. I took chance with this I am absolutely satisfied with build quality and functionality. For similar product from other sellers, you will hear one complaint “it’s flimsy and cheaply made”. Wrong: but it from anywhere, this product is inherently light weight and made for “delicate and gentle “ handling. I am using these tents (from Cost Plus) for 12 years. I bet these will also last. Bottom line: build quality is good, mesh is finer not to allow any ant or flies or tiny spider to get in (but not so super fine that aphids etc can’t get in). Bottom hem completely secures and forms “insect proof “ seal. Before considering buying identical product for twice the price, give it a try.

1 arrived in mail broken. 2 have broken trying to open and use. Frame is not sturdy. Waste of money.
