I've been taking these tablets for a few weeks now and I've definitely noticed a difference in my workouts. I'm able to lift heavier weights and I'm able to recover more quickly between sets. I'm also seeing some muscle gains, which is always a bonus.These tablets are tasteless and I haven't had any side effects. There are a couple of cons though:- the tablets are quite large (see my photo). I didn't have any problems swallowing them but if you can't swallow large tablets look elsewhere- the tablets are 1000mg as mentioned in the description. they are not 3000mg as mentioned on the packageI would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to improve their performance in the gym.

Good value for money no problems with taste. Easier to take on the go than powder however I found them slightly hard to swallow as they are large

I'm not a fan of the trend for supplements to specify serving size and translate it to number of days. This claims 3 month supply, but if you're taking 5g a day instead of their recommended 3g then that translates to just under 2 months supply.The tablets are huge. I have a number of supplements and none are nearly this huge. They're not only big, but really thick, so I find them difficult to swallow even broken in half. In future I'll probably look at going back to capsules even if I have to pay a little more.
