The strap is adjustable. it can fit a wide range of foot sizes. I use it for a variety of exercises including tibialis training, knee raises. It's made a big difference in the intensity of my workouts and I'm exited to see what the product can do for my training in the long run! The included manual is so easy to follow as well.

The price is very reasonable to do indoor workout.Adjustable strap is also doable for bare foot, so it is easy to do in the family room.

This is more versatile, and easier to carry and store, than a tib bar. One can use it not just for tibialis anterior exercises, but for other ankle directions. I've had shin pain hiking downhill, and exercises like backwards walking on a treadmill are just not as effective as progressive weight training, which the tib strap allows.

Had this for a few months and the Velcro no longer works. Garbage

The product works as intended but the set up (with a dumbell) is a bit finnicky. This is especially annoying if you will be alternating between dumbell weights. The velcro gets in the way when strapping the dumbells on. Overall, it's a good product because it does work, it's just not the most convinient product.
