Since I started taking this I noticed a difference within the first week. I was at a point in my life where I felt myself slowing down just slightly and my progress in the gym wasn't representative of the effort I was still putting in. Now I've done my research to some extent so maybe my increase energy and drive could be a fact I've learnt the science behind Fadogia so it could all be a placebo and my mind thinking it works but if a placebo works then it works. So my gym progress has rocketed and then my size too. But not seen any fat gain and comments about looking bigger and leaner.

I can’t say the product is of bad quality. I just had to stop using it after 3 months because my anxiety went through the roof and so did my IBS.
