I really like this Kikumasamune 2-in-1 Face Toner and Body Lotion! It feels light on the skin and absorbs quickly without any stickiness. The mild sake scent is clean and pleasant, and my skin feels soft and hydrated after every use. It’s great that it works for both face and body — very convenient and moisturizing!

This Japanese lotion is insane. Ingredients are organic and so many natural herbs 🌿 and flowers. Liked the smell and consistency. Pretty good size. After applying it leaves skin moisturized and velvety for awhile.

This face toner is lightweight and non-greasy and absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving a sticky film. It feels hydrating yet breathable making it ideal for daily use on both face and body. Its gentle enough to use twice a day and works well under sunscreen or makeup. Its organic and Japanese - inspired formula gives it a spa like feel.

It’s good quality and the smell is not as bad as people say it is. It’s very hydrating and gives a nice glow. I like this brand in general.

I've bought the classic Kikumasamune High Moist many times, and really do love it for its moisturizing/hydrating properties and low price. I thought I'd branch out and try something new. This has much more body than classic Kiku and is more moisturizing, too. I have mature dehydrated skin that tends to be combination. I'll get dry in winter and oilier in summer, but almost always dehydrated. This is so moisturizing I barely need any moisturizer in summer, but makes a great base for moisturizer in winter. I've had hardly any very dehydrated days with this (i.e. where my skin feels tight and crinkly). This also works great on the body for those who don't need a rich body lotion/cream. I do find this gives a nice glow and it sits well under makeup. Because it's much thicker than High Moist Kiku, it doesn't work well in a spray bottle. Thankfully, the improved pumps mean this works well enough that way. It's almost closer to an emulsion or an essence than a classic Japanese toner. Overall, I'd recommend for dry and dehydrated skin as a base under moisturizer.

This stuff is great for dry skin. I liked the original one in the pink bottle, but this one is a little thicker and works even better. It’s such a great value, a bottle lasts me 4-5 months. It’s a great texture - the only downside is unlike with the pink bottle, it’s a bit too thick for a spray bottle to mist my face with throughout the day, but that’s not a big deal. My dry skin does best when I layer a couple of lighter moisturizers like this as opposed to heavier creams, and this one has a permanent spot in my routine. It’s also nice to scrunch into my hair when it’s feeling a bit dry!
