What is the difference between this and 2016 edition?

Don't know only have this one and it's the only one I use most of the time as it all ways dose a good job i have been a barber for over 25 yrs plus have had loads of clippers but I like to use this one this is a honest answer Geoff

Does this come with UK plug?
