I bought these for outdoor lounge chair cushions after researching the best kind of foam (high density polyurethane). I made the cushions not for comfort, but to protect the base of the lounge chair from the sun, and for that reason, didn't need the foam to be very thick. I choose this foam because the price was so reasonable compared to other sellers, and am happy I did. Also, there was no odor, no need to off-gas the product.I do want to add that the shipping is slow from this seller. I'm not deducting a star because it did not affect the quality of the product, but felt it should be mentioned in case you are needing them in a hurry, like I was. I ordered on a Friday, and received them ten days later. I was told the shipper split the order up, I received part on the following Friday, the rest the next Monday. I've never heard of a shipper doing this, nor have I ever had it happen before, so I don't know about that.All of that aside, this is a great product, and so far has served its function well.

For a 0.5 inch foam with length 72 inches, the photo ‘s proportion looks much thicker than half inch

Foam was perfect for creating display boxes for my knife collection. I ordered some wooden boxes With glass tops and red felt (from Amazon, of course), and the display boxes turned out great!

I have ordered this product twice. The first order was great, it was the density I was hoping for and needed for the project I'm working on. Was so happy with it that I ordered the same thing again, expecting it to be the same. However, there is a BIG difference in the density of the foam in this shipment, it's much more flimsy than what I got the first time. So basically, you really don't know what you're getting. I won't be able to use the foam from this last order on my project, it's too flimsy. I will have to find someone else to purchase from. I can't even express how disappointed I am in this last shipment compared to the first order. You can just look at it and tell it's not the same.

I used this to make a kid's hedgehog costume, and it never tore as I cut it, always went back to original shape, as thick as expected. Worked just as I'd hoped.

I bought this foam to make heat press pillows for my heat press vinyl projects with snaps and other dimensions. Worked perfect. Easy to cut and perfect density for the heat press.
