Good for the price and function well, looks great. No complaints

Love it! Grip feels good and ergonomic. The bar rotates very smooth. I do a lot of pull downs and rows with this and I love the extra range of motion. No durability issues at this point. I don’t expect any either.

Heavy and seems sturdy. Has a hole to add oil/grease. Could use better packaging, arrived with box ripped open but, no damage.

I had attempted to get the v-bar from this company since those work great for tris and bicept curls. The weld was off on both so those were sent back for full refunds. I've been getting bored on my lifts and really wanted some kind of accessory bar. I decided, based on the reviews of this bar, to give this company another chance because a bar like this so cheap is hard to pass up. I can say that while the bar itself is heft and feels like it'saybe 8lbs by itself, it is much better made and seems to move fairly fluidly. The rotating mechanism comes packed with grease so you may need to wipe it down before initial use, and seems to give you a locations you could leverage on the future to add more grease if needed. I'm happy with this purchase and now use this for bicept curls, tricept kick downs, rows, and standing lat pushdowns. Pretty versatile for the price.

This is a great Lat Pulldown bar. If you twist your Wrists forward as you pull down you get a great pump on your Forearms. Love the Swivel on Bar

This is a great quality bar with multiple uses. The angles of the bar are great and make it useful for a variety of exercises. I used it for different variations of triceps pull downs (palms up, palms down). Same for shoulders (front, back). I'm sure I'm going to apply it to additional body parts.
