Good quality

I have only used it rwice since i bought it. When it worked, it was really good. But it has stopped working after just two uses. At first, thought of it to be out of charge. But when plugging in the charger, display shows 97%, but it does not switch on. I dont think any thing can be done now, as its been over a month since i purchased it
