I have been mixing sugar and stevia in some of the foods that I have been eating for two months:tea, coffee, cereal, yogurt, ice cream ect. Slowly, I have lower the sugar amount. I have almost winged myself off sugar. I no longer have the sugar spikes. I hope my next A1C comes in lower. Now, if I could find a good white rice substitute.

We love Stevia as an alternative for sugar and these dispensers are great for travel. The two dispensers were packaged in an envelope and it looked like it had been stepped on. There was crumbled tablets around the dispenser. When I unwrapped the dispensers, they did work but probably lost 3-4 tablets per dispenser.

Of all the sweetners I am confident that stevia in the raw is the healthiest.

White powdery substance, able to use in cooking and baking. I like it. I can't eat any sugar alcohols, this is a natural product. I've Been using it for years.
