Purchased on 3rd April and got delivered on 5th April, services team has installed on 10 April, as per my availability.Excellent product in reasonable price.Cooling is excellent.It has adjustable options to use at different tonage option.Electricity efficiency is good, i am using since 10th april.Less power consumption, using approx. 10 hours daily.Free of cost installation but they have charged only taken 236 for outdoor uniy stand installation.There is no auto adjustment option for verticall swings, however button given on remote which is useless.Little bits sound from horizontal swing panel.It's 1.5 tone AC but outdoor unit Size big as comper to other AC's outdoor unit, it's look like 2 tone Ac outdoor unit.In remote no display light,Its stabilizer Free AC as mentioned specification but purchased Stabilizer of Candes to avoid any surge of electrical.Moreover Samsung could have add more features like auto tonege adjustments, automatic vertical swing with remote control, overall performance wise, we can say it's good one👍

Samsung Convertible,1.5 Ton AC - Firstly the delivery was done properly and the installation was arranged immediately the day after. It's been a week using the AC, it works just Fine. The Noise level is low. Cools down the room within 2-3 minutes. The Outer unit is very big like that of a 2 Ton AC. The look and size of the inner unit is very good and sleek.Few Cons - no option for horizontal swing, no backlight on the Remote. But these can be managed and aren't much of a issue. Overall I'm quite satisfied with the Air Conditioner. I would recommend anyone who's wanting to buy the same. I will update my review after few months.

Just Installed- ReviewAC is good feature wise , coolong wise and quality wise however size is too small, looks like 1 ton AC , doesnt look like 1.5 ton AC.Daikin and Ogeneral are very powerful AC but maintenance wise small players like lg, samsung, lloyd, etc win the competition... Mistubishi, OGeneral and Daikin are far better in performance. And expensive as well.So it is good only upto 140sq ft area, better to go for carrier or bluestar if area is bigger yhan 140 sq ftFilter is on top(not in front) and very thin which is not good and technican asked to clean filter evry1 month where as other Ac's u can clean evry 4-6 months.

The technicians sent to my residence were unable to resolve the issue during their visits, leaving me with an unusable AC unit.What adds to the frustration is the lack of accountability and ownership displayed by Samsung. Very less current usage and starts cooling very fast... ill recommend it any day...

It cools slowly but the good thing is ....it is very silent. It will turn off quickly too. The performance is good. You can go for it!

After 3months still not satisfied. Its working not at all uniform. In the same setting it works differently each day. Air noise is high and cooling is not as good as it is expected. Something is wrong either with the way they are installing or the way they manufactured it because almost similar problems reported in various consumer forums for samsung air conditioners. Better dont buy thisNot sure after a months usage was my choice correct? I like its energy efficiency. But the wind noise is too high , there is no horizontal swing, the remote doesnt glow in dark and mainly above 24c tem setting compressor never gets on . All we get is blast of air. But at 24c or below cooling capacity is superb. Anither strange thig is compared to other ac, i feel skin feels sticky after we come out of samsung ac room whic s not the case with godrej ac thats in my other room. If you dont like noise big no but you may consider for its energy efficiency and for its build quality. Even remote doesnt glow in dark but it looks and wroks very well
