Uncomfortable to wear
I love the idea to add to the effect of pirate costume but they are uncomfortable to wear. They limit moving your arm as it will cause the parrot to shift. Bought for my kids for pirate night on a cruise but they took them off after a few minutes.

Pretty sure made with left over scraps from a bin.
It's hoky for the price. Also, I'd say these birds are the equivalent quality of a 1st grade project turned into sale items on Amazon for a teacher to supplement their income.
