For a number of year's we suffered from mice in the loft, garage, greenhouse and then when finding evidence under the ground floor during renovations, I decided to go for something more professional since the usual DIY traps and poison didn't seem to have a great effect. The 3 box kit came with clear instructions and guidance with plenty of bait to get started. To build quality is solid so gives confidence that the bait is secured but its worthwhile tethering or placing a large stone/brick on top to help prevent the box being accidentally knocked or blown over. The uptake of the bait was quick, within the first couple of days 300g of grain and 150g of pasta had been taken. We did find evidence in the garden that it was effective too. I'm still continuing to bait as weeks on there is still uptake, but it is slowing, which hopefully means I'm getting on top of it now.

Well must be nice as food I placed around and under shed has gone. Unfortunately the rat has not. The placed box he bypassed .It’s only been a few days so will hopefully win in the end.
