USB C Docking Station Dual Monitor with 2 HDMI Ports, 100W Power Adapter, Gigabit Ethernet, 4 USB 3.0 Ports, 3.5mm Audio& Mic Slot

I use this to connect 2 monitors a laptop and a couple usb items. It works great. its a bit clunky for travel but is great for a desktop setup.

Literally had this plugged in for 10 minutes with my somewhat basic laptop/two monitor work set up that I want to be able to swap with my personal laptop. That 10 min was all it took before I started having issues.The entire thing started glitching out and for some reason kept having issues with the microphone on my webcam. Basically would detect and then disconnect the mic every 30 seconds or so and then when I unplugged the webcam completely, it would continue to freeze my monitors for 15-20 seconds every minute or so.Swapped back to my old set up with an HDMI/USB 2.0 splitter and everything is perfectly fine, so it is not the hardware other than this junky item. Thought I was getting a good deal, but you get what you pay for and I should have read more of the reviews. Ordering another one at double the price but, seems from some research, that is the way you have to go to get one of these to work correctly.

Did HDMI was not recognized by Macbook or asus strix g16, everything else worked fine but I need monitors to work. I have work with a lot of Docking stations in my career and I expect this from a 25.00 mini station but not one that is almost 100.00. I was so disappointed that i just returned it. Also the dongle adapter cord snapped the first time i took it off the USB C.

I have had this product for about 6 months now. I will see how support handles this. First it started with the ethernet port disconnecting, and reconnecting. Then all the usb ports started intermittently working on and off. I have only seen updated drivers for video. I currently have two monitors connected via HDMI, and they have been working fine. Hopefully the device will get replaced, if not I will be looking for something else. I will update review if the issues are resolved.Update: The email address for support is [email protected]. I reached out and they responded and will be sending me another device. there is a time difference, but they responded very quickly. Changed to 3 stars because of customer service.

Product works, but the software makes computer fan run constantly. It’s not a large enough application to tie up that much cpu usage. Disappointed.

It does the job, I may end up upgrading it, but no complaints as of yet.Update: a few of the ports stopped working and are becoming like the old school plugs that I need to wiggle for it to work. The 3.5mm port is dead, one of the USB ports won't work. Wish I could return it...

I bought this docking station during the pandemic and like others, it worked for a solid three months or so and started giving me problems (i.e., the HDMI port has never worked). I'm a Macbook Pro user, not that it should matter, but I want to provide context in case others are considering purchasing this brand.Now, none of the USB 2.0 ports seem to work. I switched out a wireless keyboard for a wired one and had a response initially but then it just stopped working. I've turned the unit on and off and it still doesn't work. What's frustrating is that products just don't last -- if we all imagined that there was no place to put our waste, we'd demand better. Very few companies offer ways to fix the issues and expect us to continue buying from them. Today, I respectfully refuse.

Display ports never worked on the purchase I’ve made and customer service is either completely unresponsive or nonexistent!
