I will say I don't write many reviews. But we have been using this monitor every day for just about 2 years now. We were so pleased with the first one we bought for our first son we got a second one when our second son arrived. The camera, monitor and app are so easy to use. The quality, picture and sound are very good. Both cameras connect to the monitor, so I am able to see both boys at the same time. We recently dropped our monitor and broke the antenna and needed a new monitor. My husband reached out to customer service to see if we could buy just a replacement monitor. The customer service rep, Fairy, responded quicky and within a day shipped us out a replacement monitor. Fairy was so helpful. If you are looking for a quality baby monitor with great customer service this is the one to get!

I’ve been using the BOIFUN 2K baby monitor for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with its performance. The video quality is excellent — the 2K resolution and 4x zoom make a big difference, especially when checking small details like whether my baby’s eyes are open or if he’s just adjusting in his sleep. The night vision is also surprisingly clear, and the auto‑tracking feature does a great job following movement around the crib. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility of being able to use both the included 5‑inch monitor and the mobile app. When I’m inside the house, the dedicated monitor is convenient and responsive. When I need to step outside for a short walk or break, the app lets me stay connected and still keep an eye on things. It gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to rely on just one device. The sound quality is good, and the microphone picks up even small noises from the baby. The smart night light is a thoughtful touch — not too bright, but comforting enough for nighttime checks. The motion and cry detection alerts are reliable and have helped me respond quickly when needed. Some reviewers mention long‑term durability concerns with similar monitors, and since the return policy is only 30 days (many baby products offer 90), I’m hoping it holds up over time. So far, though, I haven’t seen any issues. We searched a long time for a baby monitor that had the features that were important to us, and this camera has them all. It is so good that we bought 3 of them! This camera has many features, and although we don't use all of them; it is nice to know they are available in case we need to and is included for the price. We love the fact that this camera has an app that we can use directly on our phone, that is easy to navigate, and can be used simultaneously on different devices. The app is intuitive to use, and it makes it easy when you have multiple cameras to see all views at one time. The included camera display monitor also has the option to view two cameras simultaneously, which is very helpful if you have more than one baby in different rooms /cribs. The camera has the option of standard versus HD, and the clarity on both the handheld display or phone app is great, even in the dark. Depending on how you mount it, the zoom function can let you see fine details within a crib or general movement throughout a room. We have two cameras focused on the crib and bassinet and one camera just in the living room to track general movement, which is helpful, especially if you would like to see what other family members or the babysitter/ caregivers are doing. We especially were interested in finding a device that had a temperature and humidity sensor, as we do not have central air and our baby has eczema; so we needed to be able to make sure that the environment was suitable. I will say that the thermostat does consistently read 2 to 3° higher than the actual temperature of the room, and this might be due to the actual device being warm, but it is consistently higher. So we do have an idea of what the actual temperature in the room is. We enjoy the intercom feature which can be accessed via the phone app or the handheld display. The camera also has mood lighting and the ability to play music if a SD card is purchased separately and used. We personally do not use the camera for music or mood lighting, as we have a sound machine and it makes it harder to pick up on sounds in the room If music is being played through the camera. This camera has motion detection, humanoid detection, cry detection, and noise detection which you can adjust the sensitivities for. The one downside for this product is the battery life on the display. The display can last multiple hours after charge, so it's not like you only get 30 minutes; but it's not something that you'd be able to have unplugged for half a day. We have not had an issue with this as the display and camera are pretty much always plugged in with the included plug. Set up for this camera was super simple, making it convenient to take on the go or move around the house as needed. This camera is so nice we had to buy it thrice!

This monitor has been good, we recently had an issue with it after months. I reached out to the manufacturer, and their customer service team has been great, and have agreed they will take care of the issue under warranty. Camera Lens gives a great wide view. Image clarity is good, and the night vision is also surprisingly clear. I like that it can be programmed with Wifi and have full control of the camera through the App. Overall I think this is a great monitor for the features it has at that price point.

Within 5 months of using the monitor. It can't be turned on. When I tried to contact boifun they said that i need to tell amazon. And Amazon won't take responsibility they want me to contact boifun. This whole seesaw is a nightmare! And it's not even cheap...

Después de estar utilizando el producto un par de meses, va lo malo: -No pude activar la garantía de 3 años en México -Me dio miedo 2 días porque "detectaba movimiento" cuando no había nada moviéndose -Otras veces, no siempre detecta el movimiento de mi bebé la sensibilidad de los sensores se modifica si por alguna razón tienes que desconectar el dispositivo, es como si las funciones se reiniciaran y luego se me olvida reconfigurar -El sensor de llanto tampoco funciona siempre -La visión nocturna se activa y desactiva con poca luz y llega a ser un poco ruidoso cuando se está adaptando ya sea en el amanecer o atardecer. -La batería del monitor dura muy poco! Al día lo tengo que cargar 2 veces si lo he usado mucho -el modo de descanso a veces tarda en reaccionar con los sensores -Creo que por el precio, no esperaba tener tantos detalles. Lo bueno: -La calidad de la visión nocturna es bastante buena -La calidad del video en el monitor también es buenisima -Me encanta que la app y el monitor funcionan muy bien en conjunto y he resuelto muchos detalles desde la app -El diseño es lindo y si puede funcionar como lámpara de noche -No sé cómo pero aún sin señal de Wifi siguió funcionando (desconozco si sea una función) -El diseño es hermoso Para lo que lo necesitaba cumple, peeero por el precio, sí esperaba un poco de menos detalles con los sensores

La compré para cuando saliera de casa pudiera monitorear a mi bebé, y resultó no tener buena conexión, tarda mucho en cargar la imagen. No la recomiendo!! Tampoco tiene conexión a Alexa ni a Google Home, eso es mentira. Lo que sí me gusta, es que es versátil, tiene música, iluminación, pantalla grande, y un bonito diseño. Pero al final, no resolvió lo principal por el cuál accedí a comprarla. No la recomiendo si tu prioridad es eso, monitorear a tu bebé estando fuera de casa. (Dentro de casa, funciona relativamente bien)
