I used the Glass Cake Stand with Dome Cover at our wedding's sweetheart table to display our handcrafted bonbons, and it was absolutely adorable! I received the “small” today, and they are NOT kidding!!! Although the photos on the box shows a photo of a cupcake beneath the glass, the cupcake must be about the size of one of those small Reece’s cups that come in the bag. The box says it is a “lemon cover”, which I would imagine it would have to be a lemon sliced in half, or a teeny, tiny lemon. You need to get the Medium, or “middle” size I believe it says, if you want even a hope of stuffing a cupcake in there! Since my thumb ended up in the photo, I guess we can use that for size reference! I have a regular sized adult female hand; I wear medium in women’s gloves. At the moment I do not feel inclined to return this and order the “middle” size to see if that will work. I’ll just put the cupcake on a plate for my little and call it a day. Fancy doesn’t sound nearly as fun with the returning and reordering in mind!! If I do decide to try the next size up, I PROMISE to come back here and give you an update!!!!
