It's a good watch for kids.

No space for sim to be inserted- but screen shows "insert sim" No music player Only one 1+1 type of "game" Cannot SET time- then what's the point of a watch? Very poor quality looks like a 20aed toy watch not a smart watch Very disappointed the price for such poor quality is daylight robbery

I bought this for my daughter and came in the wrong colour and camera quality was so bad I could not change the time and the date and there was no place to insert the SIM card HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND

Have gifted this to my child. she was very happy after receiving this. but very next day its stopped charging. tried many methods, still not charging at all. feeling very disappointed.

Purchased this for my daughter as a Christmas gift and she loves it . She’s always taking pics and setting alarms on it . It was easy to set up just about an hour or two of charging before first use . It’s durable and it’s her favorite color 🤍 definitely recommend

It is working well my grandchild love it so much it is very easy for her to use.she love the looks and colour.

My child used this for a few months inside. Out of no where it died and won’t take a charge. Complete waste of money which is a shame because my daughter loved it. Save your hard earned money and buy something else. Update: 6/18/2025 I’m changing my review and star rating because I’m completely satisfied with the outcome. I contacted the seller and explained what happened with the watch. They sent me a replacement and I came in 3 days. The replacement watch is working perfectly. Great customer service. I truly appreciate it and so does my daughter. Thank you so much.

I purchased this watch for my granddaughter for Christmas, then returned it after her mom said that it randomly powered off even though it was recently fully charged. After that it never worked again. I sent it back and asked for the same watch because when it was working for a couple weeks, my granddaughter loved it. Only to have the exact same thing happen to the new watch!!! Unfortunately I waited too long (passed 30 days) to report the watch because I was busy, went on vacation for a week and then came back and forgot to return it. Grrr! That being said Amazon would not allow me to get a refund because it was too late. I would not buy from this company again. No way was I going to try for a threes a charm. Very disappointing!
