I know that I don't get enough daily fiber and I'm not one for prunes, so I thought I'd try these. Easy to swallow, for me. No after taste, Seem to work well. Better than the Knoc Jac Root that I was taking before. Psyllium husk was recommended to me by my physician as a good fiber to take. So far, so good. I'm still working on this first bottle.

I’ve been using this psyllium husk fiber for a while now and it’s okay, but not amazing. It does work if you’re consistent with it, but it’s definitely not something that gives quick or dramatic results. The capsules are easy enough to take and I didn’t have any major side effects, but I also didn’t notice a big difference right away. It feels more like something that helps a little over time rather than something you take and immediately notice. One thing to keep in mind is that you really have to drink plenty of water with it. If you don’t, it doesn’t seem to do much and can even feel uncomfortable. Once I adjusted that, it worked better, but still nothing life changing. It’s fine if you’re looking for gentle fiber support and are willing to be patient, but if you’re expecting fast results, this might be disappointing.

It works great at keeping you regular. I have trouble going to the toilet because my medication causes constipation but after taking these for a few days I am back to feeling better and using the toilet. The first 3 or 4 days you will have bloating as your body gets used to the supplement but it goes away within a week. They are easy to swallow you just need to drink a good amount of water to let them work properly.

They are easy to swallow and have no taste, which is good. Make sure to drink plenty of water. They will make you thirsty.

The product I was using previously cost about three times the price for one third of the product. This item is exactly the same thing, but for a small fraction of the cost I couldn’t be happier.
