Very good product, perfect for easy and quick breakfast and quick meal.Very light weight and robust product. The setting of various temperature is consistent which makes it very easy to operate.

This toaster is a best seller. It's cheap, much so than other 'branded' toasters, looks good and does the basic job well.There's one simple trick to getting the perfect bread out of it though. You need to 'pre-heat' it. Basically, you switch it on at whatever setting you plan to use later (mine is between 2 and 2.5), let it 'pop' without any bread in it, immediately insert the first pair and put the lever down. That's it. The bread comes out perfect. Breads will be like half-baked if this trick is not used. Try it.Overall: a damn good purchase, especially considering the price point.It doesn't have any other function though. No, it doesn't have a cover and it doesn't have any add-on to heat bagel or any other bread than the common ones.Slots are big enough to accommodate even the biggest piece of bread loaf.Recommended, if you're in hurry in the morning and just want your bread to turn out crispy and perfect.4 & 1/2 out of 5. 1/2 marks missing because of an absent cover. It wouldn't have increased the price much but would've definitely assured people like me who leaves the device out on the kitchen counter. What if some insect got in at night and comes out sticking to your crispy bite? Ugh!

The media could not be loaded.  It is a bread burning machine, it doesn't work properly. The sensitivity dial is a playing knob. The customer support is terrible and they don't pickup the call. They will reply to your chats after weeks. Trust me and don't buy it's a typical scam. Temperature control doesn't work. Service centre asks me to reduce the time. How are we supposed to reduce the time in the automatic pop up toaster? The cord length is sufficient. It is self cleaning because once you purchase it, you will never use it!It is very fast in burning the bread.

It is light weight and economical electric bread toaster. Performance is satisfactory but no details about two push button in the user's manual 1- Reheat 2- Frozen. Don't know how to use these buttons. Overall good product from ibell.

Myself used the product for frozen bread and the results were fabulous. But pop up is very hard should be softer.
