The only drawback is the texture which isn’t my favorite compared to other gummies I’ve tried. It taste waxy than I prefer. Dosages A correction to a review above. It stated that the magnesium content in this was too high for children because it’s 400mg. It is Magnesium citrate, which translates to 64mg elemental magnesium, which is half of what a 5 year old needs in a day, making it a great option to boost magnesium safely. The bottle says not to exceed one gummy, so there is no risk of getting too much. It’s work looking up the types of magnesium, and how easily they are absorbed, in order to get an accurate dosage.
