This is one of the best toys I have ever come across. It moves around on its own, changing direction when it touches something. It has realistic sounds. When you open it there’s a boy lying down, you move the plastic clip to test him for different medical issues. You press different buttons to monitor heart function, BP etc - these show up on tiny screens. There are four medical instruments which are strong and well- thought-out. It is so well- thought out, strong and attractive. I bought one for my grandsons aged 4 and 2 (they love it), then my 9 month old granddaughter was so fascinated by it that I bought her one too - it’s her favourite toy and withstands her chewing it and bashing it around. Altogether a fabulous toy and great value too.

This is actually a massive hit with my 2.5 year old. I got it when it was on offer and wasn't really expecting too much but honestly it's a neat little toy. It's a bit bigger than expected, fairly robust and lots of gadgets for her to play with. She's had more playtime out of this than other much more expensive toys. Of course it IS noisy and annoying, but toddlers love that! Pleasantly surprised by this purchase.

Great quality toy with lots for the children to play with.I love the compartments for the small pieces, each one goes in it's own spot and fits perfectly so they don't rattle around or fall out. You can switch the sound off and still have all the lights on.Two of my friends have bought them after seeing mine.

Bought for my 3 year old grandson. Looks as though it should be for someone younger although he does enjoy playing with it mainly for pretend play. The instruments are very difficult to get out and even harder to put back so they will probably get lost. The toy itself is very entertaining especially when you set the wheels and off it goes in all directions (he seemed a bit frightened of it at first and even now he doesn’t like it coming near to him, not sure why as it moves very slowly). He loves pretending that the patient is ill, pressing the buttons for heart beat and especially the cough(it’s very realistic). Yes the sound of the sirens is very loud but he loves it as again very realistic, not like some of the sounds on his other vehicles. Still very new so not sure when/if the novelty wears off but so far a big hit.

Got this for my grandson for Christmas , he loves it , so does his older brothers , it good that you can turn the sound off but that everything else works unlike some toys when you turn one thing of they can't do anything else with it , would recommend it was pleasantly surprised with it for the price .

Birthday present for grandson and he loves it! will drive and turn on its own and the noise of the engine and sirens can be turned off (always a blessing) the inside has plenty things to keep the ;title'n occupied with additional noises and lights. The additional toys inside needle, thermometer etc are a little tight to take off but better that than they fall out all the time. Not the cheapest toy on the market but sturdy and has lots of features.

Brilliantly unusual toy. My 2 year old grandson loves playing with this. It has a feature where if anything gets in its way it reverses, turns around and drives on. It can be played with without this & the sirens, flashing lights, coughing patient noises etc. Can be used as an educational tool.Made well and really pleased with it. One of the best toys ive came across.

Loads to keep my 2 year old interested with this toy, he loves it! All the little bits to it keep him entertained. Only reason this is not 5 stars is because some of the parts are tricky and fiddly to get in and out of the van, so I have to do this for him
