Quiet. A little to quiet.
As all reviews, these may shift over time. So far, this is a quiet, quick, easy, topheavy, ergonomic disaster that seems to work pretty well. So, no you're not gonna want it to haul to roofing or trim job, to much exposed small, fragile piping. The outlet comes out at a 90 degree angle to the tank, which is really weird and I hate that about it. Seems like a personal problem. This will serve serveral roles, and Im going to use it to death. The tank seems like its plastic, but its not...dura-finish of some sort? I thought it had a leak, nah, didn't close the bleeder valve completely. 0 (noticeable) leaks, good enough for service. Handle connected to the top of the heat sinks with a t-nut? Whut? I dunno, it seems ok when you pick it up....I ain't trusting it. Overall? Plan on running an air hammer and general landscaping work with it, as well as just general use, I got a 20+ year old porter cable pancake still running strong after years of heavy abuse. Welds are typical fast as possible junk, but its far from the worst chinese welds Ive seen. This is much quieter, which is not a selling point to me. Im not working in functioning commercial buildings. So far, its what I expected. Time will tell, this started as a 5-star review. Hope it stays.

A great value as is - also good for stripping components from to replace an old compressor
We just needed the compressor to go in our air machine...you know, where you charge someone $1.75 for 5 minutes of air? We stripped the compressor off of the assembly and used it for such purpose. Before tearing it apart, I did use the device, as it was built & sold - aired up a few tires around the shop. It worked fine. Now it works fine out in our coin operated machine. It's only the second one we've bought in 3 years. It withstood endless, daily use for that long before we replaced it - yep, our second one. They're tough little compressors! I kept the tank for my own uses. All In all, this is a nice compressor and it has a lot of parts that can be used for many purposes. For everybody else, this compressor-tank combo is great for pneumatic brad & staple guns. My work partner purchased one just for such use (I shared the Amazon link with him) He enjoys the compact size of this machine because it can be kept in the cab of his truck and no one can see it or has tried to steal it from him when he locks it in his rear passenger area (extended cab pickup truck) It's lightweight enough to take with you wherever you need to do your work. This thing can run a DA sander or a die grinder for short durations too. The little tank helps in that aspect. We will buy another when the time comes, no question about it...Two thumbs up!

GOOD AIR COMPRESSOR
We do home renovations, we have several air compressors but I was looking for a small, light weight, low noise and quick reliable air compressor. This compressor it doesn't look heavy duty but it has good performance until now, it fits great in our service truck with our service air hoses, air nailers, air staplers, finishing nails guns and other tools. The only small modifications required were the base suction cups only had bolts no washers, washer will prevent the bolts from making a hole to rubber suction cups, the second modification was the direction of air hose connector, we just put and elbow to change the direction to point the front of the compressor, the other modification required the power cable is too short and requires an electrical extension most of the time not making it practical, planning to change the power connection for a 6' cable to be able to reach the floor when working in kitchens, restrooms where the power outlets are located near countertops. If we need more air at a job site, we jus use this little compressor to fill up a bigger portable air tank and we connected our air hoses to the tank and not directly to the air compressor. So far so good, only time will tell!

Quiet, powerful, and portable!
Bought this to power a nail gun and build a privacy fence. Worked flawlessly and now have one of the best fences around. Pressure was more than adequate to nail up 3/4 " pickets. Was easy to assemble and is small in size which makes it easy to store. It has a carry handle and feet to sit on. There is some weight to it. The noise level is low, which also attracted me this this model. My other compressor makes quite a racket!

Compressor is now a 5 star winner
Seemed like a great little compressor, but the 1st day using it, it will not cycle to maintain tank pressure. After about an hour, tank bleeds down, compressor tries to restart, but can not against the pressure. Need to bleed tank completely down for compressor to restart. EDIT: Come to find out that the unloader valve was malfunctioning. Removed, repaired and replaced. This little compressor is now a great little compressor

Great, quiet, compressor that's not too heavy
Amazing little compressor. Very quiet, no louder than a small vacuum. Tanks recovers fast during operation.
