This review comes after multiple purchases. The tape has grid lines on the back of the removable section to make it easy to measure and cut custom sizes. The tape stays put all day on my feet or other areas I need it. The tape is quite effective at reducing joint, tendon, bursa, and muscle pain. I left it on my neck for two days (remaining affixed even after a shower), but it left a sore red mark on one side so I wouldn't recommend leaving it on delicate areas for more than a day. I often rely on this tape when my fingers and hands are stiff and sore, and I do wish the backing was a little bit easier to remove. Otherwise, this tape is excellent and I recommend it.
