I like the concept of these - probiotics have been researched scientifically and there is some evidence to support the claim that intestinal probiotics improve gut health, so it would follow that oral probiotics would do the same in the mouth.These are quite small and are designed to be sucked like mints. The flavour is minty but just not very strong or lingering. I don't mind the taste of these, but they are not strong enough to freshen your breath for very long.I haven't been using these for long enough to know if they really make a difference to my oral health. I tried them on a day when I'd done a lot of talking and projecting my voice at work through delivering training sessions which normally results in me getting a sore throat, but didn't get one. Was it due to these or was it luck? I can't say for certain, but I'll definitely try these again next time to see if I can replicate the results.My only gripe with these are that they are expensive - to begin with at least. Six tablets per day works out at 10 days' supply. It does state that you can drop down to a maintenance dose of one or two tablets per day after the initial period, but doesn't suggest how long that initial period should be.I like the fact that they are manufactured in the UK - it gives me confidence that they contain the ingredients in the quantities stated.

We like these dental probiotics from Vinco. Since taking them ‘morning breath’ is a thing of the past and the breath is fresh. They can also be useful during the day, just suck a tablet to get rid of ‘nasty niffs’ such as coffee breath or an overdose of garlic for lunch. As an added bonus, these tablets seem to have kept my wife’s oral lichen planus at bay, a condition that often previously caused issues for her.Some people have remarked that the taste is unpleasant but we have not found that to be the case, yes they are a little chalky and mildly minty not unlike sucking an indigestion tablet.

So when I noticed that these tablets were available to review I jumped at the chance and clicked on them quick.Containing essential prebiotics to help fight the bad bacteria living their best life in my warm moist mouth, these tablets are so easy to take on the go.Being chewable, I can easily pop the bottle in my work bag and during my break chew the recommended 2-3 tablets per shift.The taste was abit shocking to start with, for some reason because its to do with the mouth I assumed the taste would be minty fresh like toothpaste. Boy was I wrong!Chalky, with a very bitter taste. These tablets don't have the best flavour around but as long as they work their miracle I would be willing to suffer.I will update at the end of the bottle if I will be buying them on subscription or will be making do with the mint with the hole again!

I suffer from bleeding gums and often quite bad breath, since using the dental probiotics the bad breath has definitely cleared up, however I do feel my bleeding gums is much better also. I notice significantly less bleeding when brushing.The tablets are reasonably nice tasted and I take 2 per day under the tongue. They take a few minutes to dissolve completely and the taste is palatable.Price is fair and reasonable and I'll be buying more in the future.
