Very comfortable and I love that it fits in my pump in style parts! Only problem is that rubber pieces have started to come off.

These work alright but they seem a bit smaller than the 27mm ones with my hospital kit. I would say seems bigger than a 24 but not as big as a 27. The silicone edge is nice. Fits tightly into the Medela pump in style, and I mean tight, so you have to really wedge that sucker in there.

These made pumping so much better and not painful!

I bought these in June to use with my Lansinoh wall pump. I was looking for a back-up pair, and also hoping to find a set that was more comfy than the ones that came with my pump that I’ve been using since February. First time I used these, I was a huge fan. Much more comfortable. Unfortunately they simply did not last. Within one week, the white part, which seals to the breast, separated from the hard plastic on one of the flanges. It’s worth mentioning, I only use this particular pump once a day, at night. They are hand washed with baby safe dish soap and hot water - no machines. When the first one busted, it had been used less than 10 times. I didn’t think much of it, thought maybe I had done something wrong or got a defective one, and I continued to use the other one along with a different brand for the other side. But, about three weeks later, the other flanges’ white part separated from the hard plastic. Very disappointed, because these would have been more comfortable to use on a regular basis, but they simply don’t hold up.I do not recommend.

I’m glad I got these to try. Most women have the wrong size flange and that affects pumping. Pumping wasn’t so successful for me due to flange size I got these and immediately was able to fill my freezer. The flange it comes with fits melda and a few others but the other size pieces should fit any flange. It did for me anyway

Got these for my Lansinoh breast pump. They are compatible with the manual and electric pump. The inserts don’t fit in the Lansinoh flanges, so you will have to use the ones provided. I wish they were clear instead of opaque as it’s difficult to get the placement right. Overall very happy with them.
