Suncatcher - Crystal Rainbow Window Sun Catcher

I like rainbows (sad, I know!) and these things make very nice rainbows when the sun is at the right angle. I bought one of these on Venice Beach many years ago and loved it. (It was a gamble as I bought it on a cloudy day!) I think back then it was only three or four dollars and over the years the sun has weakened it so I was pleased to find I could still find a replacement, sadly not at the same price, but whatever, it does work very nicely so I'm happy! I see that now the plastic refraction thingy is sandwiched between two glass panels so perhaps that helps protect if from UV over the years? Anyway, I can definitely recommend it and can confirm it can provide rainbow colours for many years.

This is our second one of these. The first fell off the window and smashed (glass inside!). The second is not hanging in a different way as the included suction cup is obviously not to be trusted, but the frame has already split open. The actual effect is great (the best out of all the suncatchers we have tried), but the item is poor quality. It's not cheap either.

Sturdy and good, but not sure how it's supposed to work on a window as sunlight through window projects couloir but only visable in shadow in the room as washed out in the sunlight in the room.

Dreadful. In full sunlight it is a dull selection of rainbow hues, surprisingly, appears to work better in weak sunlight.

It is a very pretty with the display ov colour it makef doing the washing up quite theraputic.

Der Suncatcher zaubert wunderschöne bunte Farben an die Wand. Der Saugnapf hält ausgezeichnet am Fenster, da war ich vorher etwas skeptisch. Leider ist mir der Suncatcher gleich beim Auspacken runter gefallen und hat seitdem 3 große Sprünge quer über die gesamte Scheibe. Das sieht natürlich nicht so hübsch aus, schränkt sein Tun aber keineswegs ein. Da dies mein Verschulden war, ziehe ich selbstverständlich keine Sterne ab. Aber man sollte beim auspacken vorsichtiger sein als ich. ;-)

Colis arrivé (en parfait état) bien avant la date prévue, youpi !!! Et ça marche: rayons d'arc-en-ciel immédiats dans la maison, pourvu qu'il soit accroché face au soleil. Une petite merveille qui ravit petits et grands, magique !

Lights up the room with pretty rainbows that brighten my day! Very easy to hang in the window with the strong little suction hook that comes with it. Seller provides great customer service: 1 item arrived damaged and they had it replaced with a new one within a week!
